CSK defeated Delhi Daredevils by one run

In a breathtaking climax, M S Dhoni led Chennai Super King defeated Delhi Daredevils by one run.

Victorious side pace bowler Ashish Nehra played a perfect spoilsport and demolished the Devils and walked away with Man-of-the-Match prize with a spectacular three-wicket spell in CSK's thrilling one-run win.  Delhi Daredevils needed 19 runs to win the match off the last over, Albie Morkel turned defiant and blasted two fours and a six off Dwayne Bravo but misfortune had its own design and Delhi remained gasping for breath by falling short of a single run. Fate did not favour Delhi.

"You have to hold on to your nerves," said Dhoni after Chennai eked out a one-run win over Delhi in a last-over thriller at the MA Chidambaram Stadium here.

"The way we started we were definitely 15-20 short," said Nehra, who returned with figures of 4-0-25-3.
